August already?

As it so often does, summer has flown by. Speaking of flying, two budgies landed on our deck in July. After weeks of trying to find out where they’d escaped from, and a mantra, “I cannot keep these birds,” I gave up and moved them in.

Adjusting to the budgies has been my summer adventure. What was yours?
